6. AWS Deployments and User Responsibility

CloudNOOE provides tools to design and deploy infrastructure to your AWS account. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all AWS resources deployed through CloudNOOE and any associated costs incurred in your AWS account
• Infrastructure designs and cost estimates provided by CloudNOOE are suggestions and approximations. Actual AWS costs may vary based on usage, region, and AWS pricing changes
• You must maintain proper security of your AWS credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur in your connected AWS account
• AI-generated infrastructure designs are recommendations based on your input. You should review and validate all configurations before deploying to production
• CloudNOOE is not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or security issues resulting from infrastructure deployed to your AWS account

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudNOOE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
